4. Code of Conduct:
We expect all clients, staff, and visitors to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner at all times. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.

5. Payment and Fees:
The cost of our services varies depending on the type and level of support required, as well as any funding arrangements or subsidies that may apply. Clients are responsible for payment of fees as outlined in their service agreement or funding plan.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments in accordance with our cancellation policy, which will be outlined in the service agreement. Refunds may be provided in accordance with our refund policy, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

7. Liability and Indemnity:
Sydney NDIS is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or harm that may occur as a result of accessing or using our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sydney NDIS, its staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of our services.

8. Amendments:
Sydney NDIS reserves the right to amend or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the responsibility of clients to regularly review these terms for updates.

9. Governing Law:
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
